Blog demo-request data
This page explains the narrow data flow used by the AEOS Answer Library demo-request form.
Information collected
The form collects the name, business name, phone number, industry, preferred call time, optional notes, consent status, submission time, source page, a hashed network identifier for abuse prevention, and limited browser information.
How the information is used
The information is used to review and fulfill the requested AI receptionist demonstration, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, troubleshoot the form, and measure which answer pages create legitimate demo interest.
Storage and delivery
Submissions are written to a private path outside the public Clubfleet web root. When an approved AEOS callback webhook is configured, the request may also be sent to that workflow over HTTPS. The form does not place a call by itself.
Choice and contact
Do not submit sensitive medical, financial, account, or authentication information in the notes field. A requester may ask the business handling the demonstration to correct or delete the submitted request, subject to applicable obligations and technical records.
Important limitation
This operational notice describes the answer-library form that ships with the deployment package. The site owner remains responsible for reviewing the final notice, retention policy, consent language, and communication practices for the jurisdictions and industries in which the system is used.
